He’s telling his audience he has no real respect for them, they’re not even worth preparing his thoughts for in advance, after all. And, of course, the more he comes across as having a scrambled brain. Babbles on, no substance whatsoever. His campaign speeches are more painful than ever. It’s almost all “off the top” now, and there really isn’t much between the ears to pull that off!
