Kanter 30 Pts and 16 Rebs... And Now the Rest of the Story...

I'm tired of reading about Kanter...look he didn't try hard in Utah and we didn't have the players that could work with him. OKC seems to have players that he can work with. OKC has a ton of talent with Westbrook, Ibaka and Durant. But these guys need to be healthy. I can see OKC playing well when all healthy with Kanter.
But we needed to get rid of him, we are better without him.
So lets move on and be happy we are playing so well

And yet Kanter put up career numbers last night and they still lost. Explain.

I already did. Kanter and Adams aren't good against stretch players like Dirk/Parsons. Anyways, the crucial run happened when Enes wasn't even in the game. Waiters doesn't stop anyone.

Dallas is a very good team too. OKC is running on fumes with all of their injuries. It's not like they were blown out.

Your perception is clouded by a Trevor Booker soundbite.

have to understand alittle bit about basketbaall 1st........Kanter got 30 pts on 13 shots ,Morrow got 32 pts on 16 shots......and Westbrook 31 pts on 32 shots

Westbrook is great BUT the one man hero ball isn't going to win against the good teams
2nd ly you do know who Durant and Ibaka are don't you .......that's like losing Hayward and Favors and wondering why Utah lost
Get a clue

It is not like Enes is putting up these stats on a losing team like Nikola Vucevic or Al Jefferson. Since Serge Ibaka is down OKC is 7-4. Ibaka is literally the perfect compliment for Kanter because he is a rim protector and has long range which opens up inside for Kanter. Everytime OKC loses if Kanter had bad stats people will say "see Kanter did bad." If OKC loses and Kanter puts up good stats people will quote the legendary Trevor Booker. Can't expect OKC to win every game especially with injuries.

Forget about the win/loss thing. The Thunder gave up 72 points in the paint, an absurd statistic (the league average is around 45), with Kanter as the main big man. Defense wins ballgames and Kanter doesn't do it. The end.

Personally I am sick of reading about Kanter on a Utah Jazz site.

The guy is an offensive weapon that needs improving with his defense. He is only 22 years old and we don't have anyone putting up his offensive numbers.

The fact is he is getting national attention for the numbers he is putting up. As he is only 22 his defense will improve during the next 10 years in his prime. The guy will be an all-star one day.

He is gone now and whether you like him or not I wish we could just let him go so we can discuss those things relevant to the Jazz.

I'm going to watch every Utah/Cleveland game and watch LeBron abuse Hayward everywhere on the court. I bet they go at Hayward until Utah cannot afford to keep him on the floor.

Hayward has been on teams that have beat LeBron a few times in his career already.

We talk about ex Jazz players/coaches/personnel. People still bring up Greg Foster, Chris Morris, dudes from 80's, etc... Once you're a Jazz man, you're relevant.

How about Ostertag playing hockey?

I once saw him at Century 16 and he was wearing sweatpants that were so small they looked like capris, and a very ratty knitted christmas sweater. If I didn't know who he was, I would've thought him a very large homeless dude.
