I've watched the video where he gets hurt and really the contact was minimal from Joe. I don't see how he injured himself.
Amazing that on a pretty regular play that it could end up being an ACL...

The Jazz have to take full advantage of this opportunity, in part to get into the WCF sooner than later in hopes that CP misses any games. He is the key to not just their general improvement, but to exploiting our entire defensive philosophy.

The key to their exploitation of us was having BOTH CP and Booker. Booker can do lots of the same stuff, he’s just gonna have to do it without CPs help and gravity.

Reminds me of when Jordy Nelson tore his in a preseason game years ago. Send down normally, jogged off the field. Looked like nothing serious at all. Torn ACL coming off his best season ever. Crushing injury.

I remember that! Nobody touched him and all of a sudden he fell down. That one was weird...

Fair, but CP is happier than a pig in **** to take mid-range shots off the dribble all game. His comfort level with those shots is peerless.

If it's an ACL injury, it means it may not be a full tear but a partial one.

That would put him out the entire year as a partial tear is going to fully tear if it doesn't rest. Real tough break for LAC.

CP has been the one that has carried them in the clutch as well. If CP is on the court end of game you will get really good shots.

This is unimportant and tangential, but what he's done the last two seasons is really incredible and it has turned me into a fan. IMO, the last two seasons are his greatest achievements.
