Masha on Instagram is always talking about Utah and how much she misses it. She always calls it "home". Her and AK's kids are in Utah often.

I also found it interesting that Dwill's wife does the same. She says her two favorite places are Utah and Texas. She also has referred to Utah as "home" on many occasions. They also do love NYC but I had always heard she wanted out of Utah really bad. Its seems the rumors were off base.


So it doesn't mean much but many players wife's seem to like Utah. I think if anything it's a good indicator that players and their families can enjoy the state and really miss living here after they leave.

I think its a huge bonus that Kanter seems to really enjoy Utah. Hopefully the idea of players not wanting to play here will slowly fade.

I think Deron liked being here. I maintain that he would have re-signed here. His first interview after he was traded, you could tell he upset about the trade. I think he is more loyal than he came off. I think he thought he was being smart and he was going to force the team to stay aggressive by only signing the three year deal, but never had intent of leaving.
