LA Clippers Lob City vs. Utah Jazz Swat Lake City, Wed. 8:30 MT ESPN

Spoken like a true idiot.

Lets ignore allllllllllllllllllll those offensive rebounds they got, all those 3 pointers we bricked, and alllllllllllllllllll those missed FTs.

Play of the game? We lost by 2. Yet we missed 3 FTs off techs and defensive 3 secs calls. Those are gimmies.

Agree and it was 4 FT of techs missed. 4 free points!!!

Can't understand why burks sits. He has to play to get better.

I can't understand why Ty is the coach and you aren't.

But in case you missed my sarcasm....Burkes has ability, but he is very erratic. He's not ready for the big time yet. Ty could give him a lot of minutes and let him learn on the job, but it seems that Ty wants to win games now, and thinks that there are better options in certain situations.

Burks doesn't play because he tries to do too much on offense. Guarnteed he would get more time if he didn't take ridiculous pull up jumpers and out of control takes to the rim. In a close game, you can't really risk playing a guy who may randomly decide to go 1 on 1.

It's true. Burks' aggression is so random and unpredictable. It's kind of endearing. He should get more minutes.

He has all around talent. I'd like to see more of it. I agree with you though that those pull ups early in the clock re brutal.

Yeah, he can be tough to watch at times. But he always does good things, too. Nice break at one point, a nice drive from the baseline. And then he gets overexcited shooting and ruins it. He's likely headed toward DNP land, but I still like his promise.

Another thing that I haven't seen discussed is how easily we gave up our 10 point lead with bad shot selection. Kanter and Favors are whooping *** up and down the court, then Burks decides to take some ill-advised shots. Those lead to easy Clippers point. Our 10 point lead turns to 2. We should have been able to build off that lead, or use it as a cushion to make the Clippers fight to get back into the game.

Despite everything, the game was very exciting. Terrible subs and minute allocation by Corbin again. Clips wanted it more. Good for them.

Oh, and I really enjoy these Verlin/Craig fights. Keep it up guys.

I do aim to entertain. Any tips?

I don't agree in this case. IMO he would have been as effective on D and he was pretty good earlier in the game.

Favors is so strong that Griffin couldn't even back him down. Millsap tried, but he is just too small. Harris needs to be traded ASAP, he has no finesse in his driving game. Finally, Karl Malone needs to come back in his prime and show these goofs of the NBA how to really play the game.
