What's new

Last game of the season -- Jazz @ Blazers 4/11/2018 8:30 pm MST

The only bright spot tonight is that Corey Brewer jacked up his knee which sucks for him, but good for us against OKC.

Was it just me or was Quin in two minds for long stretches in the second half whether to really go for it 100%? Weird rotations I thought

Felt like a strange game. If there are multiple issues, Quin can usually make adjustments to clamp down on most of them. Tonight? I thought it was more on the players being on tired legs. Rudy was late on pick and roll defense most of the night. Obviously the entire offense couldn't do anything. Thought they passed up a lot of threes to shoot awful mid-range shots, but credit Portland for chasing them off the line too.

Now, we're looking at a streaky OKC team but most Jazz fans should feel open-minded about this, minimum. Completely different teams on either side. Russ doesn't scare me much. Yeah, he'll hit shots but he's not really the killer Lillard or Durant are.

you have to give props to the blazers, they came in shooting lights out and never let up. That's the type of team that they are, they can hang with the best of them. They came in today with 4 losses in a row, I just knew they would come in and give us their best shot early. The jazz never recovered nor found any rhythm.

now the teams main concern are the OKC thunder. The big looming question right now is, how badly hurt is corey brewer? if he's gone for the series then the Jazz have a very good chance of pulling it off.

Westbrook the shooter ain’t scary, it’s his overall intensity that could be the biggest killer.
Can DM handle the pressure being the number 1 option in a tough playoff series?
