Have you heard the album the Roots did with Elvis Costello? (This song isn't on it, it's a classic EC song from Blood and Chocolate that is one of my favorites of his.)

Interesting. I had never really put it together, they're both coming from such different places, but, yeah, I can see it.

Every member of this band was an absolute beast, but I have a special place in my heart for Mick Karn. His bass was just so clean and powerful.
