Randle is very good. However, he is not a #1 scoring option (2 or 3, imo).. and he's not a defensive stopper.

I'd like to see Parker as a #1 option, pick up WCS with the 2nd pick (huge upside but almost certain great defense..to go along with Parker's lack thereof), and use a trade/FA cash to get another SF and maybe PG.

Randle looks like a really good player the way Favors or Kanter look like really good players at times. But does Randle have the game to stand out in the NBA? We need a stand-out player. I see four stand-out players in this draft- Embiid, Wiggins, Parker and Exum. When I think about Embiid, I think about Hakeem Olajuwan or Tim Duncan...someone who can become one of the best ever. When I think of Wiggins I think of guys like James Worthy or Scottie Pippen. When I think of Jabari Parker and Dante Exum...you get the point. Somehow when I think of Julius Randle I don't think of the potential to become an all-time NBA great. With the other four I think it's at least a possibility.

So, because she gets excited that means I'm into it??

that you "claim" it on a public forum with no apparent need makes me think that you are one those wishful-thinking guys.
obvious is obvious.
hope you may realize your fantasies one day.
don't worry tho, there is still one mature bat-woman out there destined to be yours.
au revoir

I'm not sure why you say that. Despite being 4th on this Kentucky team in minutes, he's the team's leading scorer. That is with facing double teams nearly every time he touches it in scoring position. With the spacing and more wide open game in the NBA, he's the type who could very easily be a more productive NBA player than college player.

He's certainly not a defensive stopper. I'll agree with you there.
