Sloan won't have to deal with headaches like Deron Williams because Kobe and Fisher are in charge of an organized bunch and won't let something like that happen.

I think this playoffs proved that this was not the case with the Lakers. Whether it was distrust of Bynum, Pau's girlfriend problems, or Kobe & Fish getting old, something like that did happen in Lakerwood.

I am not sure Kobe would adapt well to Sloan's offense as he wouldn't be allowed to be as creative or have as much freedom and shooting guards are not the focus of the offense.
