So I go to OrangeTheory. It's all interval based. The have heart rate monitors to track and display heart rate and calories and they display them via Bluetooth on TV screens. But I'm a cheap *** and haven't bought one. That's why I don't know what my calorie count and heart rate is at. I just know how hard I'm pushing myself.What's yours usually at? Do you have something strapped up to you to read it?
