I agree with the IQ part. Think Jazz are tired of drafting clueless idiots. Fes, Koufos, Snyder, Humphries, etc. Jazz rely on players running the system and execution. Hayward will do exactly that from the minute he gets in the game. This is a smart pick even though it is a big surprise. Jazz may also have some other moves up their sleeve to come.
