What's new

LMAO

I'm sure the settlement is based on his yearly income. I doubt it stays static after his cash-flow decreases.

In all the instances I've ever seen with these dip****s, they're static. She was used that lifestyle and way of life and grew to expect it for the rest of her life, blah, blah, blah so she gets a ****load. Ridic.

Tell me how that makes sense? What would he do if he couldn't get a job that payed over $100,000? It just doest make sense.

Does our legal system ever make sense?

Look Up Chris Mcalister, Baltimore Ravens bankrupt.

Ehh, Mcalister blew a lot of his money on partying. He didnt go bankrupt from paying child support on 1 kid. He also got the judge to reduce his payments. Different from someone who is being responsible and finding employment, but just not as well paid. From what I read, I'm right. People go to judges and have their payments changed based on new employment.

Mcalister's story read more like a bum who was trying to seem a broke as possible to get out of child support.

You realize he no longer has that job.

Did you miss the part where I said he was fired?

And will have to continue to pay this money stated for what, another 13 years until the kids are probably out of college, and then continue to pay the far majority of that even after because his ex-wife, ya know, deserves to live off of what is basically 2M in salary a year for doing nothing.

You don't know the terms of the divorce and are just guessing. Are you even sure that this is not the terms of a prenup? Sometimes a spouse gets 1/2 of the accumulated assets during the marriage, other the equivalent in a series of payments is sometimes the settlements.

To me 50/50 of assets accumulated while married, regardless of who makes the money, is what you are signing up for when you say "I do"

I can give lots of examples of CL being way more right than wrong.
Fisher will beat it and get it lowered.

Some aren't so lucky.

Hear about the doctor that decided he wanted to serve his country?
While gone his wife divorced him and was awarded support based on his doctors salary (that he was no longer earning) so he got behind on support fighting in Iraq.

Got off the plane and was arrested and put in jail for back support. She argued and won that he had the ability to earn but chose something different/less.

****ed up ****.

Fish is still making that Knicks money, he had a contract.

Also, it's awesome that media is starting to come around on the Fisher leaving Utah situation.

No. I dropped myself. See, I was cursed with a photographic memory an remember everything sense 10 months old. This made me insane by 13 months an so I started banging my head on the porcelain bathtub an especially on the toilets. They were my Favourite.
Kin you imagine going insane at 13 months?
When I was 18 months I jumped threw a stainless glass window fell onto a rock garden.
When I turned 3 on my birthday I went up to this wrassler in Arkansas named Prophet Johnson. Weirdo guy wore a suit and tie with no jacket. I told him you are fake an kicked him in the nuts. He threw me to the bleachers top row.
When I turned 5 an they sent me to school I use to tie the shoe laces of the kids playin basketball an put gum in the girls hair than smack there poiter hole. Always gave them a Lacrosse Mit first an said hold this for a second. Odd stage in life wanning to be strangled by a net. Good think papa dint have a boat.

Anyhow, after my suicide years I tried ta do it the right way an so I got a job working for the federal government in social security benefits. I thought, you know what Boris, they tell me pharmacists have high suicide rates. But I think hey, why not go even more bigger.

Yep. That's what I was going to point out. I'll bet his child support and alimony will be adjusted once the contract ends and his earnings decrease.

I think this is the first thread I've read where Cy said anything relevant or meaningful. Cunning Linguist getting pwnasaurusrex'd.
