LOL john hollinger has no clue about BOOZER

The thing the Jazz miss the most about Boozer is his rebounding.

...we don't miss anything about Boozer. We don't miss his rebounding, we certainly don't miss his pathetic defensive effort and although he was pretty efficient on the pick and roll, we are scoring in other ways, shooting the same high percentage and making it tough for even the best defensive teams to stop us from scoring! He was a malcontent, injury prone and a cap eating monster!

haha jazz fans are the best because they take player departures so personally. you people booed gordan giricek after he left for some reason, it's bizarre

Hollinger: Also, you left out one little detail: Instead of having Paul Millsap as the third frontcourt player, you now have Fes. Wee bit of a dropoff there.

Well Hollinger forgot one little detail too. THat the Jazz are only temporarily without Okur and when he comes back, he and not Fess will be the third frontcourt player. The guy who asked the question had it right. He was talking about the season overall, not just the current stretch without Okur

I do not agree with John on this one... However, as a follower of his articles and tweets(not insider ones), I'm a little bit concerned. His stats generally rewards the teams that play sound, well-structured basketball which is dependent upon teamwork and not surprisingly, The Jazz, who have always been in top of the lists in terms of assists, FG %, rebound rates, offensive efficiency, are one of the teams he has chosen to play in WCFinals or NBA Finals in recent years. He was high on Jazz but right now I do not see that. He, certainly, base his opinions on statistical evidences, which never guarantees ultimate success in sports, and he should be seeing something we do not see, I say. I hope, he is wrong, as usual...

Jury is still out on Pimpslap. He has had big stretches of being very good, but can he maintain consistent high caliber play? This is his chance to prove it and so far so good.
