I tried my best to believe in love. I probably terrorized a nice redhead who even went out with me a time or two. I wrote poems for her.

I love Karen Carpenter's voice. She was before my time, but my older sisters had a lot of her albums (I'll bet some of you youngsters don't even know what that means). She wasn't what you'd call beautiful, but her music sure was. Her dying of anoxeria was what really brought media attention to that disorder.

So I found Roger Miller's "Walkin in the Sunshine". . . . .. it's different from pop song I liked around 1994, this is indeed a very familiar song to me.
