#MAKEITFAIR

That's not what I was trying to say at all. I think it's almost certainly more difficult - profoundly so, even - for a woman to get her work out there. I'm just trying to do my part and direct those interested in female voices/stories toward media that doesn't get the play it deserves.

When you're referring to "her work" what are you referencing?

In the context of this video/thread, mostly the stories/movies women produce or want to produce. Do you have any insights, given your job?

yes lets lower the bars in armies elite units so women can pass and become special units.

so when a mine blows off a fellow soldier leggs and he needs to be carried through enemy territory. it will be good to know that a woman soldier who couldnt do some pull ups and lack upperbody strength would be there to try and carry the soldier but ultimatly fail.

MAKE IT FAIR! my ***

In the US, the bar is NOT being lowered:

You know, GVC, to be honest, I am in post production which is considered below the line so I am not priivy to the deal making process. I was just wondering what you were referencing.

I will tell you this, below the line, if you know what the **** you are doing, that's what usually matters. Degrees don't matter, sex doesn't matter, but if you're talented and a kook people won't work with you.
