I was so frustrated … was like how the hell is Quin this basketball genius and we aren’t doing the most basic basketball IQ move here.

This team is just so casual at times. It’s the JC fastbreak where he turns a sure basket into a turnover and layup the other way… the Donovan dunk layup miss… the Rudy layup that gets blocked… meandering under Matthews when you know he’s going to draw fouls… the way we close quarters is amazing too… we have 12-13 point leads and instead of stretching the lead to 15-16 we let teams cut the lead to 8-9 points.

The rockets played last night… tried to give up… but we refuse to let teams get blown out… we just get so cute. It’s lost is several games this year and is the difference between the 4 and 2 seed.

Just finished watching the game. Man that was uninspiring basketball to watch. I hope this was just a matter of playing down to the competition.

Of course that is the right move. So of course quin doesn't do it. (in his defense most coaches wouldn't foul there. Bunch of idiots)
I was livid that they didn't foul. I think you always should foul there but ESPECIALLY when the guy who had the ball right before wood got it was like 1-6 from the line on the night. Also wood, according to the graphic i saw, is the worst free throw shooter in the nba. The rockets suck at free throw shooting. On the other hand, the jazz have some really good free throw shooters on the court. Donovan is at 87%, Royce is at 80.4%, Bogey is 86.7%, conley is 83.5%. So a free throw shooting competition when we already have a head start would almost certainly result in a jazz win.
The rockets wanted a look at a 3. Dont give them one. Oh and they were hot from 3 all night.

Im still pissed about that.
