The Knicks should’ve taken one minute to call him that day or the day before to say hey, we are changing our policy. We need you to go through the VIP entrance. That said, we don’t know they didn’t do that. Sorry, but I’m not gonna simply take Lee’s word for it here. Spike always makes it all about Spike. Now, gun to my head, I’d guess the Knicks botched this and didn’t tell him but we have an incomplete story. And botched or not, if security, who are just doing their job, tell him or anyone else, celebrity or not, to go another route, he should listen to security. Period. Take it up with Dolan after the fact. Or hell, call him on the spot. But again, Lee just can’t help himself. And like I said earlier, I’m guessing this started with Rose. He literally started as Team President two days before.

I can’t wait to humiliate you guys again. That new strategy, defense you speak of will not work against us. I can guarantee we’ll be shooting threes even after we establish a huge lead.

At the very least, I think he's telling the truth when he says they scanned his ticket. It it's not an entrance, don't even have a ticket scanner there.

Are you going to take Dolan's? Dolan's statement said he and Spike sorted it out, laughed about it, shook hands...clearly that did not occur.

Look, we all know Dolan. He throws out a 14 year old kid and other fans because they shouted, "Sell the team," then Dolan releases a statement saying that the fan was "stalking" him. After the Oakley incident Dolan responded by suggesting alcohol and drug and rage issues that Oakley might have. Dolan's track record for his side of stories is pretty awful. I'd say Spike's take on this incident is far more accurate than Dolan's.

TONIGHT WE SLAUGHTER YOU!

We are coming off the best win in not just the NBA, but in any sport over the past decade. We humiliated a super team. The Rockets are sitting at fourth in the Western Conference and we showed we are better than them. That means if we played in the West we'd be sitting at third. I see the Jazz are at five. Five? Is that the best you can do? We are third.

In other words, get ready for a beat down tonight. Mitchell Robinson will show you that you've got the wrong Mitchell.

Hey, there's two seats open at courtside. Ever see a public execution? Well, call Spike for those two tickets and watch the Jazz get killed.

Luv your spunk Melo but your Knicks are gonna get punished back to reality tonight. It’s not that we don’t appreciate you giving the rest of the league the blueprint for taking out the Rockets though.

That's not true.

OK, all my posts are based in two things:
1) I know sports,
2) I watch my Knicks and know them better than you folks know them.

So...
1) We will have revenge against the Jazz. You won't beat us twice. That's just a fact. We have Mitchell Robinson who feels snubbed that he didn't make the All Star weekend. He knows he is better than Gobert. All sports fans know that. If right now you had to sign Gobert or Mitch Robinson, every sane person on Earth would sign Mitch.

2) My Knicks are far better than their record, 19-42, shows. If you throw out, say, 30 of those games, we would have a record of 19-12. Is it the 2015-16 Warriors? No. But it is a decent record. Believe me, our team today is a hell of a lot better than opening day Knicks.

RJ Barrett is finally playing like a third pick in the draft, Frank the Frenchman still sucks but he doesn't suck as bad as he has in the past, Mitch Robinson finally learned what a foul is and he hasn't fouled out of a game since January. Our coach is good. We play very hard. We like winning at home. You don't stand a chance against us tonight.
