Harpring does a decent job. I think he would be a lot more appreciated if he worked national games, thus not recycling the same jokes, but on a per game basis I think he does great. At least he doesn't have exchanges with Boler that go like this:

Boone: Joe Smith was a great college player and was the first pick of the 1979 draft;
Boler: Not sure he's that old, perhaps it was the '89 draft?;
Boone: Maybe you're right...No I'm pretty sure it was the '79 draft

FYI It was the 1995 draft

Matt's fine. I liked him as a player and I like him as an announcer. All he's doing is filling dead time trying to be entertaining. He has a good attitude and a positive outlook.
