I am fine, had to walk a lot to my friends house because I couldn't get to mine.

Taksim square was like hell for a minute I was there.
 
Obama supports the elected government. Lol they say it like a banana rebuplic. Oh my poor beautiful country... would you see these days...
 
It's 3 AM here, there is no public transportation and I have to cross continents to get to my house. I have no intention of even going out.

As much as I dislike that Putin-wannabe Erdogan, I hope the democratically elected government regains control of the situation. The very last thing we want is civil unrest in the most stable, and most successful, Muslim-majority country.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the military in Turkey quite nationalistic even when compared to other armed forces?

Erdogan tweets that they expect another attempt and still calling for everyone to get out and be human shield in front of tanks.
 
My contractor's two oldest kids (both youngest than 10) are out there. The whole family is Turkish. I hope they're okay.
 
Actually kinda sad this coup seems to misfire. That reckless clown should be removed for his abuse of power.
