I think you totally misrepresent the reality of the situation. I guess I have to go back and show them the responses to convince people. I NEVER said I discovered him. I knew that the Jazz were happy to draft him, which is why they moved up to get him. I just was astonished that he was that good when I saw the first summer league game. It didn't seem that people recognized how good he was at the time. That was my impression and I did get a lot of negative responses because people said I was too enthusiastic about him. Even now people are saying I'm drinking Kool-Aid because I said he would challenge for ROY. You can think what you want but that's how I have perceived it.

So, all you longtime posters are going to continue to attack me because I said I was one of the first persons to recognize the potential greatness of Mitchell. Is that it? Well, I've been on this site, probably longer than all of you. And I've always stood for fairness and not being jerks like you guys. A mighty *** to you all. Agreed -- but I NEVER said I discovered Mitchell. This has been taken WAY out of proportion. It's like a rumor that starts and by the time it goes around, it's totally false. Oh, and I'm going to add one more thing, and really go out on a limb, something I already said to Moe, the mod: I think that if Mitchell doesn't get injured, he will supplant Stockton and Malone as the greatest Jazz player ever.
