Someone at Grantland wrote that Carroll is the best wing defender in the NBA. Kahwi is overrated. Unless you max him before the cap jumps. But Leonard is no Hayward.

I don't care about peoples feelings. I care that people are hurt substantively. I care that people are still comfortable discriminating. That comfort is rooted in language. I think you are wrong that it won't lead to people getting hurt. I think it does all too often.

Jazz desperately need another scorer. Burke is a 36% FG shooter who has taken 37 shots in the last two games Eventually the law of averages will catch up to Utah.

With Burks coming back strong next season and the emergence of Hood, that should help a lot; but The Jazz still need to lock up another legit shooter.

Otherwise not much to not be happy about - QS is squeezing max production from this group.

I'm not if that's what you were wondering. Grew up in a good middle class Mormon family. Dad was a bishop, so was my brother, both brothers went in missions (one to uruguay and one to argentina)
Lived all over the salt lake valley, and in cedar city. Seattle for a few months.

Partly, yes, but in actuality I don't agree with what he's saying either. It's like if Donald Sterling had been and African American when he made those comments...it really doesn't make sense. However, because he was in a position of power, not just physical but historical, he was cast out of the league. You can't just stay in your own thick skin if you want to try and understand this.

I get that this is a sports message board, and that the internet is full of bull **** that would offend me and those around me. However, this sports forum is something that we all frequent. I have more debates and conversations about the Jazz on here than I do my actual neighbors.
Obviously I haven't met people on this forum, and wouldn't call them friends in real life. I do however want to show respect to those here because we do frequent this website together.
(for the record, I'm not trying to debate with you. You are actually a poster that I thoroughly enjoy.)

So what do you think that one post in this gamethread would have led to if left unchecked?

What do you think has been prevented by him being accosted?
