    Damn, 180!?!

How tall are you? That's pretty insane for your age to lose weight that fast when you arent that overweight (like borderline dangerous actually) and you seem fairly stout.

I find it more difficult to stick to the diet when forced to sit at home now and do nothing because of a lockdown.

Long story short, I had a doc appointment to follow up with my collarbone surgery today and now I need emergency surgery tomorrow to fix it because the plate popped off.

My coping mechanism for stress and anxiety has always been eating, especially sugar. I've been losing weight for nearly six months now (35 pounds) and have greatly decreased my dependence on sugar. So far, the desire to binge hasn't come back yet, even though my stress levels are pretty high. You'd think a virus, an earthquake, cancellation of the NBA season, and my father being near death would be enough for one month. But who knows what tomorrow will bring.

Meh, hes fine. Probably 10 lbs of that was water weight. And this is toddler level but if hes feeling good it's a sign whatever hes doing is working and good for him. If he starts to look emaciated, lose his sex drive and starving himself for results is when you get concerned (which you see a lot when people get gungho and take it overboard).

Woke up at 6 today due to an earthquake shaking my bed. Then, while still laying there an hour later another one hit

Took my newfoundland on a hike. He was running around like a gigantic dog doofus and then bam he somehow jumped right into a huge pit of the most ungodly smelly swamp mud. All the way up to his chest. 150 pounds of possibly the worst smelling goo on planet earth, 40 min from home. Damn near threw him out the back to let him fend for himself. Holy mother he smelled so impossibly bad. Then spent 2 hours cleaning out the car. Smells fine now but jesus that was some awful smelling mud.

Was in Moab last weekend and didn't see one single asian. Usually it is overrun with asian tourists. Not a single one. Was kind of nice but I get why it sucks for the locals.

I haven't felt any aftershocks since the first day, but I'm up in the Ogden area.

I've been annoyed at work with a few people. One just coughs out in the open even sometimes in my direction. That's never cool COVID-19 or not. Other people are still trying to hand me their phone so I can see the funny thing they just saw on facebook. I don't want your ****ing germ sponge, thanks.

My take is also much more serious than some of you.

NJ is a ********. The fact that we are so densely populated, close to NYC (a lot work there but live in north Jersey), and have a high Hassidic population (they’re the ****ing worst **** them) ****s us.
