NBA Draft - Best Two-Way Offensive and Defensive Players Available?

I really want a good shooter in this draft. But I keep thinking about the playoffs and the way the Jazz attacked Jamal Crawford each time down the floor. Last night the announcers were praising Korver's defense but I thought he was weak.

Who are the best two-way players that are potentially available for our picks?

  • I wish there was a way for us to reasonably package assets to get Donovan Mitchell.
  • I am liking Bell's potential.
  • Lessort looks like he could develop.

I always said Korver was our best defensive wing. He was the only person we had staying in front of their man or playing them well away from the ball. I think in Atlanta some people started realizing he played decent defense. He suffers from the perception that white guys who are really good shooters must also suck at D.

Again, we are talking about probably the best offensive team ever assembled but as soon as Korver was in the game, they went right at him and he had two quick fouls.

But this thread is not about Korver.

It is what are some of the better two-way options the Jazz should be considering.

Terrance Ferguson is suppose to be a 3 and D player

Bam was mentioned

Ojeleye was also mentioned although there are concerns about him being able to guard on the wings

DJ Wilson is suppose to be a decent defender (He reminds me on donyell Marshall)

Jordan Bell is a monster defender but 2 way is not correct with him as his offense is very limited (I believe it will get better)

Josh hart will do what ever us asked of him

Thomas Bryant maybe? he is 6-10 with a 7-4 wing span or something like that

Frank jackson has potential

Sindarius Thornwell is a perfect 3 and D player

Cam Oliver is a good shot blocker

Two-way potential outside the top 10:

- Zach Collins
- Donovan Mitchell
- Justin Jackson
- OG Anunoby
- Justin Patton
- TJ Leaf
- BamAdebayo
- DJ Wilson
- Matthias Lessort
- Anzes Pasecniks
- Isaiah Hartenstein
- maybe Semi Ojeleye

Lmao the standard for being considered a two-way player is pretty lax. Bell and Adebayo arent two way players.
