NBA Free Agency Moves in General (related to the Jazz, but not just moves made by the Jazz)

Tom Haberstroh of ESPN predicted us to win 51 games btw.

This year? Honestly, if we had Crowder I do believe we have a realistic shot at being better than last year and even 55ish. But leaving a huge defensive hole and spacing nightmare that I don't see how we can fill, in just not sure.

I'd probably be willing to trade Exum for Crowder.

I dont see how our team is a spacing nightmare. We won't have the best spacing, but it won't be the worst at all.

Every wing we have can shoot the **** out of the ball. I think Exum's jumper looks much improved and Mitchell is dangerous as a spot-up shooter.

His price will be cheaper once the problems are more apparent and they don't win more than last year.

Just by virtue of how much more depleted the east will be this year (including an even more sleep-walk version of the Cavs), I don't see how the Celtics could have a worse record.

Also, I think trading Bradley instead of Crowder makes a ton more sense for them. They pick up someone that can play 4 and retain another option at the position. They upgraded their size immensely in that one deal (in a good way). Also served to clear a logjam on the wings. Not sure Crowder's going ballistic about it.

Having a big that can shoot would help. Our wings are good... I wouldn't say shoot the **** out of the ball good.

Johnson was 41% (and can be a big or wing)
Ingles was 44% (I also think he can play the 4 too)
Hood was 37% (despite being plagued by injuries and having poor shot selection at times)

I would say that is shoot the **** out of the ball good.

I'm curious to see who we add as our 3rd (or 4th depending on how you view Burks) wing in FA. There are still some good shooters left, so we might go that route, or we might try to pick up an athlete/defensive player.

Anthony Tolliver still exist too, which I think is a no-brainer addition.

I'm obsessed lately with Euro dudes that could help us and wondering what people think about Chris Singleton coming back to the NBA? Could play 3/4 and shot well from 3 last year for Panathinaikos.

I have this music montage vision in my head of Quin and Bryant turning these wayward NBA turned euro-league guys back into amazing contributors in the league. Please don't neg me....

Never heard of him. Is he an analytics guy? Us winning 51 would stun the **** out of most people who don't pay attention to us and think Haywood was our whole team lol

I mean, I think he is a guy who definitely looks at numbers and things, but he isn't like Kevin Pelton where it's pure analytics.

I'd like one more of the Anthony tolliver or ersan illyasova bargain bin shooting big wing types. I think we will need JJ to play some 3 this year... I expect him to play 4 too just not sure how much it will take a toll on him. If we moved favors to find some creation and shooting I'd be more convinced.
