The Jazz have partnered with DirecTV Now and Sling to provide streaming options for Jazz games outside of traditional dish/cable agreements. I believe it starts when the regular season starts.
So now it's delayed.

i used Kodi with reborn, as far as watching the reddit streams goes, do you use an extension, or supply the video feed url? Ron Mexico
Last season I used an app or kodi that used the links from reddit. I added acestream so the app could use that to launch it. Towards the end of the season I just went straight to acestream though or even used the browser links sometimes. But all my TVS and projectors are hooked up to a computer.

how many tvs and projectors do you have? I mean I have 4 TVs and that covers pretty much any room anyone would watch tv.
I’m 39 going on 79 so I have no idea what any of this stuff means beyond Reddit streams which I watched a few of last year but took way too long to find reliable ones and was a hassle.
I just can’t figure out why no one will take my money to pay to watch all the games living local without cable/satellite.
Also, if any Jazz player takes a knee I will buy season tickets....
So... where do we start?
First of all, if you can afford it, try League Pass, it's definitely the best service out there and the only official one. If you don't want blackouts, use a VPN and purchase International League Pass.
If you want to go the ILP way and don't mind paying a few extra bucks, take a look at Tunnelbear, it's an amazing service, extremely reliable and it couldn't be easier to use. It obviously has added value in terms of security / privacy and it allows you to browse the web from a number of countries, so you have access to other contents that may be restricted online in the US (i.e. you can watch Wimbledon or some golf tournaments on British channels / websites that stream them for free in the UK).
Reborn4HD, like NFL2GO, HeheStreams, Ballstreams (RIP) and a few others are either not that cheap anymore or not worth the hassle nowadays, in my opinion, as you usually have to pay strictly in Bitcoins or other online currencies and sometimes you even have to wait for an invitation or for the website to open the sign-up process, as some of them only allow a limited number of users.
If you want free live streams, then Reddit is a great source, and judging by the quality of NFL streams this season, the main streamers there have definitely upped their game. Other good places to find high quality streams are Spanish websites like RojaDirecta (web based streams and Acestream, lots of content) and Arenavision (strictly Acestream these days, not as much content but still plenty to choose from for sports fans). You'll usually find streams both in English and Spanish in each of those. First Row Sports, which has been mentioned before, is also a nice alternative.
If you want free archived games, google NBAHD, TVREX or NBAREPLAYTV. They usually have them just a few hours after the games end, so for example if you're in Europe you'll have several games in the morning and usually all of them early in the afternoon. Use a good adblock tool if you don't want to be getting constant NSFW ads and pop-ups. Altenartively, you can go the torrent route with a free tracker like 720pier, the RojaDirecta forums (DDL links too) or even a more generic torrent website like KAT.
PS: I've never used any of those websites, I'm just well infomed.
PPS: Always use official channels.
PPPS: I only posted because I saw several people asking for help and the mods kept the thread open. I wouldn't like to be banned so early. Especially not now that the season is about to start.![]()
If you're willing to pay and want to have every game with no blackouts and no hassle at all, then International League Pass + Tunnelbear is the way to go for you. You can download Tunnelbear and use it for free to see how easy it is: it's basically just turning an on/off switch with one click.
In order to purchase International League Pass, just turn Tunnelbear on and select a foreign country like the UK. Then go to NBA.com and it will recognize you as a UK user and allow you to buy the International version.
Then, whenever you want to watch a game, just turn Tunnelbear on again and log onto League Pass normally. It works perfectly on all devices, so you can watch the games either on your PC or mobile without problems.
My advice: use the free version (data transfer limited to 500MB per month, and they usually have a promo that gives you an extra 500MB or 1GB if you retweet one of their messages or something like that) to see how easy it is to use and to check how it works when you access the League Pass website. You can also check the connection speed (which is great, they really have an amazing product) and see if it is worth your money.
Very helpful. Thank you for laying that out.
With Tunnelbear and International League Pass, how much does that come out to?
So checked out Tunnelbear. Seems easy enough. Turned on tunnelbear. Changed my location to the UK. Went to NBA.com and choose the one team option for league pass, chose the Jazz then created my account. Then onto the billing page. Problem, it wants my CC info, which is ok, but it asks me for my UK billing address. Umm how do I get around this?

You can use a Paypal account and it won't ask for your billing address. People who don't have Paypal just enter a fake one.
I've also seen users that in past seasons when entering a fake address got a message that told them the billing address didn't match the CC one. They got around it by trying with different countries. It looks like depending on where you buy it from it doesn't (or can't) check that they match.
The easiest way though is Paypal.
ILP prices change from one country to another, and this season they seem to vary greatly. In European countries you can buy the premium package (every team, every RS and playoffs game, plus NBA TV) for about 150$ (a bit less once we get promo codes), but many people look for the cheapest available option and from what I've been reading in India this year it's down to about 15$, which is absurdly cheap for users in most other countries.
The only thing to keep in mind is this season they seem to have changed the terms and it says you will need to always connect from an Indian IP if you select that option. Previously once you purchased your package you could connect with any non-US IP, not necessarily the same country you used to buy it. That still shouldn't be a problem with a reliable VPN that offers Indian access.
As usual, people are already buying it from India and other ultracheap countries, so if you want to try one of those options and save as much as possible, I'd wait a few days and see how they're doing as they start testing it during the preseason and write about their experience on Reddit, RealGM and other boards.
As for Tunnelbear, the unlimited data plan is 60$ for 12 months. There are other VPN services like Private Internet Access that have great reviews and are even a bit cheaper, but I have no personal experience with them.
Yep, and as we get more info about how the system's working this year, it looks like it could be as low as just the $15 Indian ILP if:Wow so ILP for $15 + $60 Tunnelbear unlimited plan is what I'm seeing? That's incredible.
Still put pressure on the Jazz to fix this. Tweet at the media and Steve Starks so they know this is a problem or it might never change.

The Jazz were one of three teams in the NBA's 2016-17 season without the ability to watch their team's games over the internet locally. That's despite a report from the NBA last summer that indicated all 30 NBA teams would have a streaming option. But no option ever surfaced, allegedly due to delays caused by AT&T's acquisition of DirectTV, which controlled ROOT Sports Rocky Mountain and other regional sports networks. That frustrated Jazz executives, who had hoped — for themselves and for fans alike — that they'd have a way for fans to watch their games without a traditional TV subscription.
