Netflix recs?

It's kinda hard for me to say I liked it. But I'm pretty sure I see what the filmmakers were trying to do, and I'm glad that they did it.

I expected to like it more than I did. I had read a lot about it before hand.
I was a bit underwhelmed when I watched it but I enjoyed it and didn't regret watching.

Garland’s okay as a director. I feel like he crushed it with Ex Machina and everything since has been subpar in comparison. He’s better as a writer.

Ya I thought it sucked

I couldn't get through season 1. Thought the acting was bad, the writing just too obvious and predictable. I tried but stalled at like around episode 4.

Speaking of books, and I might have already mentioned this somewhere else, Im currently reading the Wings Of Fire books (there are 18 total). Im on book 6. They are kids books and I started reading them just to have something to connect with my daughter more but it turns out they are really good and Im no longer reading them because she is but simply because I really like them.

Anyone with kids who like to read, I highly recommend the series. Apparently a TV series is in the works as well.

Nah, he's pretty consistently great. Annihilation is awesome. Everyone who doesn't think so needs to get some screws tightened.

I liked Men. An interesting filmmaking approach and criticism on our gender.

My girls loved those books when they were younger. I read the first 3.
