New Dennis Lindsey Interview

Let's not forget I've been hyping MC-W when everyone still thought Burke was a possibility at 14!!

The more I hear Lindsey talk about rebuilding, the more I see the Jazz going you g and cheap next year.

Lindsay talked a lot about next summer (2014) and that draft. How teams will have to dump very good players due to tax penalties and how next year's draft may have up to 5 franchise changing players.

We will be very young and cheap next year. Expect us to look a lot like the Utes 2 years ago. Lots of young guys trying out for a roster spot in 2014. My cream scenario.

Reminds me of what all the scouts and everyone including me have said about Michael Carter-Williams. Just sayin'

Huge difference: they play completely different positions and will be asked to do completely different things. Also, don't y'all think that kawhi is benefitting a lil from 3 HOFers and the best coach in basketball right now? Place him on any other team and I'm not sure he looks so great. Pops system makes even the worst players in the nba look half decent.

True dat. Amazing what a great coach can do.

Another example: Jim Harbaugh and Alex Smith. Smith went from a ne'er do well to a very very efficient qb.

I would tell you guys what my cream scenario is but I don't want an infraction.

I remembered debating with you exactly about this last year. I've repeatedly said that once Al and Millsap are let go this season, we'll go young and lean next year, now that we have very low salary, there won't be a big pressure for us to sell tickets.

You said "I hope you're right" - we'll still have to wait and see, but early signs are good.

Note: look at the Pacers, they were in our position a few years ago - very clean books - now they'll have Hibbert on MAX, they'll have to bring back West near MAX and they'll have to keep George at near MAX. That's 3 MAX or near MAX players, and they'll be under the gun to perform as well.

Seeing that - I think Lindsey will be reluctant to go out and have a spending splurge this offseason. They've got Favors, Hayward and Kanter to keep going forward - I can't see him wanting to lock someone up long-term this Summer.

That's true. The good thing is, Im almost positive that MCW wont end up like John Beck scraping slivers out of his ****, as a career team gatorade facilitator.

That's true. The good thing is, I'm sure MCW wont end up pulling slivers out of his behind while being the team gatorade facilitator like Johanne Beck, kid seems like a winner, not a whiner. ;'(

That's true. The good thing is, there's a good chance MCW won't end up like John Beck, scraping slivers out of his behind from all the Jimmering he's done on the bench. He won't end up being a team gatorade facilitator, he'd a winner, not a whiner.

What is this....the posts that never posted, that were posted 3 hours ago, now show up? How many hamsters are running the wheel for this site?
