For those who hasn't listened to.. some great insights into how Lindsey evaluate talents / how to scout, etc.

- trading for Kawhi even though he couldn't shoot & how he improved
- educating the coaches, identifying "holes" in the team
Does that include "Black Holes"?
I've decided to not fix my mistake. Freudian slip.
Reminds me of what all the scouts and everyone including me have said about Michael Carter-Williams. Just sayin'
Huge difference: they play completely different positions and will be asked to do completely different things. Also, don't y'all think that kawhi is benefitting a lil from 3 HOFers and the best coach in basketball right now? Place him on any other team and I'm not sure he looks so great. Pops system makes even the worst players in the nba look half decent.
I would tell you guys what my cream scenario is but I don't want an infraction.
The more I hear Lindsey talk about rebuilding, the more I see the Jazz going you g and cheap next year.
Lindsay talked a lot about next summer (2014) and that draft. How teams will have to dump very good players due to tax penalties and how next year's draft may have up to 5 franchise changing players.
We will be very young and cheap next year. Expect us to look a lot like the Utes 2 years ago. Lots of young guys trying out for a roster spot in 2014. My cream scenario.
Another example: Jim Harbaugh and Alex Smith. Smith went from a ne'er do well to a very very efficient qb.
