Yo is it cool if I show up wearing some big *** Dre Beats headphones that never leave my ears, some dark shades, a beanie, and never talk to anyone?

With you, that is the preferred method. We've already decided as a group that we'll allow Asians on this go 'round, so you might want to get in on this one. Who knows if we'll take this drastic step ever again.

Seeing the expression on trouts face after I take all of his money's would almost be worth spending $700 on a plane ticket to Utah.

I would go if I still lived in the dub vee cee :(

Will you guys be playing in late July-ish?

The July game will be on the 13th. However, I could see holding a special non-league event in late July maybe.

For someone who doesn't play poker at all (besides at these) I've gone 3 times and I've won money 2 times. It's pretty fun. Am I the best poker player ever? No (I do like to milk it though). But no one makes fun of me (that much) and all the guys I've ever played with are cool (I've never had to be on the same table as Trout - that guy blows.) I've only seen one guy ever try and cheat (he didn't succeed) and like Trout said, there's never been a hard *** there (besides me).

(I'll stop putting things in parentheses now.)

Wait, what's this about someone cheating?

Wait, what's this about someone cheating?

The guy U Gotta Love it Baby brought went all in on one hand and lost. Then he tried to hide a chip or two from the stash and someone called him out on it. He played dumb and was like "Oh, really? I lost that too?"

I was actually surprised no one said anything about this on jazzfanz after that.

That's completely messed up. I can't believe I hadn't heard about that.

Im the one that knocked him out. I think there might have been someone else who was all-in on the hand (maybe you??) then I went all in and my friend called. I had more chips than him, so I didnt push my chips in. Then when I beat him, I think he was confused because he didnt know if I had more chips than him, and he was going through that little moment you have when youre mad that you got knocked out.

I really doubt he was trying to cheat by keeping chips back, I think he was more just wanting to make sure I had him covered.

Does anybody else remember this? I could be remembering it wrong.

This is basically how I remember it going...

Someone else goes all in pre flop, me and my friend call.

He raises after the flop, holding not many chips back. I go all in over the top and he calls, but I just put in the amount of chips he raised knowing that If I won there would be no counting needed because I had him covered. He was probly thinking the same thing, "we'll settle up after we see who wins the hand."

Then I beat him and he's like, "why would you go all in with that hand?" And Im raking in my chips waiting for him to give me the rest of his.

Then someone told him I had him covered, then he checked and was kind of mad and gave me the chips.

about a minute later he came back to the table and said good hand and things were cool.

Pretty normal occurrence if you play poker alot.

I could be totally wrong but I kind of doubt it since it was basically my chips he was holding back.

I can't do league, which is probably the largest impediment for me (at this point, anyway).
