Rebounding the only significant advantage Portis has. Plus Portis has been a high usage player with bad efficiency. Not exactly the type you want as a 5th option, especially one who can't defend.

Eh... some players are just not as mercantile (or as competitive) as others. He's made enough money to have a very good life and he probably just wants to be closer to his family.
