I agree but Shaq is Shaq. And he's funny as hell sometimes. Kenny on the right, then Ernie, then Charles, guest all-star and Shaq on the end. Have a little angle so Ernie and Kenny are barely facing the other three. Since Shaq speaks so little he can give the other half of his time to the guest. It will still be the Charles and Kenny show.

Which guests? I'd like Dirk. Hakeem, Malone, Jordan(!). Would be cool if they could get former all-stars from whatever team is playing.

The only thing I don't like about Shaq is that Barkley doesn't seem as bold when Shaq is around. To me, the show is great when it's Barkley and then everybody responding to Barkley.
