People wont be as angry at him and call him a coward like Durant. He has already won 2 finals MVPs with 2 teams. Durant hadnt won anything yet and joined a team to chase a ring. People will be mad at him making a super team again though. But if Durant stays with GS that is whats needed to beat them.

They will land solid vets chasing a ring for vet mins. Kawhi seems like a guy who doesnt want to be the main star. He seems like he wants to blend in.
A really good shooter that can pass the ball is a terrible fit? He'll have wide open 3s for days and knocks those down at a high percentage. He is also good at running the pick and roll and has two pretty good players to run that with. Plus signing Dlo gives them room to sign other players.
He needs the ball. And at 37% he's a fine 3pt shooter. But mostly, this Laker team needs dudes who can flat out get after it on defense and that's the biggest issue with adding a guy like DLo. Danny Green would be a better fit. Lakers have scoring in spades.
I dont think he needs the ball. His open 3 point shots are great and he should be wide open. I do think they also need a 3 and D guy. But they do need another ball handler. Lebron does not want to bring the ball up anymore and run the point position as much as he used to. He wants a PG to do stuff with the ball. But there are better options and I think they will get one of the good max FAs.
He's much more likeable. I still think him going to the Lakers would make most fans of his like myself instantly change their tune. Let's all pray he doesn't ruin the league in a week.
