He's actually done pretty good job developing talent. The problem is that maybe he hasn't maximized the use of that talent once developed.

Brooks has no offensive game plan. His offense is literally this:

ISO Durrant. If not open, pass to Westbrook.
ISO Westbrook. If not open, force up a bad shot.

That's it. I'm shocked he has lasted this long.
 
Woj said Alvin Gentry and Mike Malone could be candidates. I like Malone, actually. Kevin Ollie could be a good coach too but I don't know if they would choose a rookie coach.
 
Could you imagine Snyder in OKC? Man, Snyder's defense with an offense focused on Durrant and Westbrook? Frightening.

I never understood why some coaches get recycled over and over. Gentry.

So glad that the Jazz went with someone new instead of a retred on an established coach.

@mhindy what do you not understand? Enes is in a contract year so the Millers attempted to drag his value down. Thats how corporations operate they try to wring quid out of everywhere possible. Larry did it to Karl Malone. You guys dont think they tried it with Kanter? Baffling.


Come to think of it now I wonder if Enes' time with Karl was when he was first poisoned to the organization. Karl hates Greg do you remember that embarrassing Karl YOU LIED blog post? I bet Karl made up with Greg just to get his foot in the door and **** on them quietly from the inside. Larry's stinginess so he could leave Greg a billion in inheritance is why John and Karl never got a ring.
