As a Broncos fan if Manning gets his starting spot back I'm going to be pissed off. He was terrible before the injury but everybody wants to lay all of the blame on the injury.

Only one INT in his second game and that was hardly his fault. The ball was knocked out of his hand as he released it and picked off on the tipped ball.
Yeah, he's playing really well. The question becomes whether or not he is better than this old and worn down version of Peyton.

That's just where he went after high school. When that happens it basically either means he wasn't recruited out of high school or had bad grades and couldn't qualify for D1(probably the former in his case). He eventually went to Cal though, so he went to the NFL out of a traditional school.
I agree Manning, unfortunately, is done. Father Time won. Really cool tidbit though. During the Pats game Manning had a notebook and pen and watched the first half and was making notes, comments and writing down advice. He gave that to Osweiler at halftime.
Also Osweiler is showing in game improvement. Two example:
He has been holding onto the ball as he gets pressured and has been giving up big sacks. In the 2nd half of the Pats game he got pressured and the Pats linebackers got to him and he dumped the ball and didn't lose any yards.
For the OT winning play it was a run to Osweiler's right. He saw that the D was lined up that way and called an audible and changed it to a run to the left.
To me he is clearly better.
So if you are Gary Kubiak with a healthy Manning, do you sit a future first ballot Hall of Famer in favor of Brock Osweiler?
