Aaron Rodger’s the SIGNING of the decade.
What. A. Win.

LoLIt’s head scratching (other than Pickens and Metcalf moves) because they’ve gotten older. Rodgers is old and meh. Ramsey is considerably older than Minkah. Idk. Smith wants to be paid. Idk. Maybe they’ve done that while also balancing out youth in the draft in Harmon, Johnson, Sawyer and Howard plus two rookie corners. I just think Watt is on his way to being cooked I guess. His advanced stats really took a hit last year and now he’s a year older.
I think only thing I can think of that would put them off doing it would be an injury concern, like if there’s an pushback or a scrum, etc.Someday offensive coordinators will realize that you should always do a QB sneak on 3rd or 4th and short. Every single time.
I saw so many handoffs and passes get stuffed today. Often for losses. And one resulted in a penalty.
Meanwhile I saw 6 QB sneaks so far. All 6 were successful and 3 were touchdowns.
Daniel Jones attempted 4 QB sneaks today in the colts game. All 4 were successful and 2 were touchdowns.
QB sneak is successful over 80% of the time.

The problem I have with that is there is no factual data to back up the concern.I think only thing I can think of that would put them off doing it would be an injury concern, like if there’s an pushback or a scrum, etc.
Not sure if there’s a stat tracking injuries in QB sneak..The problem I have with that is there is no factual data to back up the concern.
I have been tracking this for a few years now. QB's never get hurt when doing a QB sneak. There is no speed on a QB sneak. Injuries happen primarily due big players colliding at high speeds. QB sneaks take away the high speed aspect.
Btw I did finally see an unsuccessful QB sneak yesterday. Stafford did one on 3rd and goal from the 1 and was stuffed. They handed it off on 4th and goal and scored.
Funny thing about that is that the thing that got me interested in this topic was a few years ago when I saw a stat on TV during a Stafford game that said Matthew Stafford was 16-16 on QB sneaks for his career.
That was when I looked into the data/stats and found that the QB sneak is WAY more successful than any other play on those short yardage situations.
Since then I have been watching closely to see what is called and what happens on 3rd or 4th and less than 2 yards.
My conclusion after reading the data and watching the plays happen is that every offensive coordinator should call a QB sneak every single time. Regardless of opponent and who the QB is and any other factor. It should always be the call.
Watch the games next Sunday yourself and pay close attention to this. You will see plenty of unsuccessful running back runs and QB passes but pretty much every QB sneak will be successful. I guarantee it.

Didn't think I said there is a stat tracking injuries on QB sneaks. Cool thing is that there doesn't need to be one. I just watch a lot of football and pay extra attention to the QB sneak and never ever see a QB injured due to the QB sneak. It is much safer than dropping back in the pocket and having guys come at you full speed unseen and blast you standing upright, stretched out and unprepared. Not sure if there’s a stat tracking injuries in QB sneak..
But for a QB you only need a minor finger sprain on the throwing hand to be out for weeks and that could mean the end of the season for some teams…
So why not just do a tush push then?Didn't think I said there is a stat tracking injuries on QB sneaks. Cool thing is that there doesn't need to be one. This is another thing I encourage you to watch for this season. As you watch football this season pay attention to the success rate of the QB sneak (and the lack of success when the QB sneak isn't used) and also pay attention to any QB injuries and how they happen.
I will guarantee you that almost all QB injuries will happen on non QB sneak plays. I would even bet that you won't see a single injury to a QB on a QB sneak.

Tush push is a QB sneak. And yes it's extremely effective like all QB sneaks are. Which is my point. So why not just do a tush push then?
I’m heavily against the tush push by the way, it’s an ugly stain on our game and the reason the Eagles was able to cheat their way to winning it last year.
It’s an ugly style of football imo.
I mean, it’s the Jets.LoL
Rodgers and Ramsey were instrumental to the Jets win.
Well you said “Rodgers is old and meh”.I mean, it’s the Jets.
