Yeah he was. They showed it a dozen times from 3 different angles. He was easily as set as any player could be to take a charge. He was waiting on Durant in that spot while Durant took 2 full steps. He literally was in that spot and shifted his outside foot 6 inches as the contact was made. They need to give a couple seconds more on the replay to really see it. The broadcast team was straight speechless. Van Gundy was shocked.

\Van Gundy has been ranting about this for over a decade - at least since he stopped coaching the Rockets. Ironically, his Rockets, especially with Battier, were notorious floppers.
