I don't know man, you know how the Jazz are. They're always shady when the 2nd rd comes around. They better stop that s**t and step up like the Suns did. Man, I'd love a western finals matchup with the Suns. It'll be too good.

I think that a western finals matchup with the Nuggets would be pretty cool. A rematch from last year, except there is no Murray this time.

That's kinda weak though. Without Murray there and the Jazz beat them, it wouldn't feel the same. Even the nba fans and the nuggets fans would say the same thing. If Denver had Murray now, they would've been quite scary and would have a big edge over Phoenix.

I agree. MPJr is starting to really come around, and maybe, Aaron Gordon will live up to his potential in a new location.

The suns haven't stepped up in the second round yet.

Look I think the Jazz are better than Phoenix, but I don't get where the Nuggets love over the Suns comes from.

The Suns actually play defense, and good defense at that despite their lack of size in the front court. The Blazers played NO defense at all against Denver.

Even with Murray, the Suns actually have the deeper roster, and actually match up very well against Denver, with the exception obviously of Jokic against the Suns backup bigs in minutes with Saric/Kaminsky.

The key thing with the Suns is they broke out their ultra smallball lineup against the Lakers, and it actually was VERY effective surprisingly. The Suns haven't done smallball all year, and yet once they did it in Game 4, their offense took off.

I think the Nuggets are going to have a hard time matching up with Phoenix.
 
And fwiw, the Clippers matchup should scare no one on here, unless you're afraid of hte refs.

The Clippers offense is literally AAU 1-on-1 ball. They literally just stand outside the 3 point line with all 5 guys and they wait to get a 1on1 matchup they like, then jack up a jumpshot.

Dallas isn't the defensive team Utah is. Yes, PG13 and Kawhi will cause issues, but that team DOES NOT MOVE THE BALL. That makes them easier to scheme for and defend.

What? Kawhi and PG can keep up with Mitchell/Conley and are huge (not to mention Patrick Beverly as an option). Zubac matches up fine with Gobert, but Ibaka and/or Morris can erase Gobert (our defense) if they get their shooting going. And by being so switchable, they can break our offense.

Clippers are a nightmare matchup for us if they aren’t sleep-walking.
