1. rockets were up by 10 4 min to go.
2. didn't get any calls in the entire 1st half.
3. harden was off.
4. career night by aldridge. lillard was great. still won by only 2
5. parsons/harden 0-7 in OT.
6. officiating was awful and seemed to favor blazers
7. aldridge was single covered. that will change
i still think rockets will win in 7. but they must win the game 2. but i'm not so confident anymore because i don't believe in Mcfail. lol

They paid it back by giving Howard bogus 6th foul at the end of overtime. That was as bad as Lopez's foul.
Impressive win by Portland though. Seeing Matthews busting his *** on the floor every single second makes me hate KOC even more. What a dumb mistake was to let him go. But hey, we have "the man" who is going to get a raise soon.

2. Blame the refs, solid tactic
3. Harden has shot 38% or worse in 8 of his last 12 playoff games
4. Blazer players showed up and beat a talented Houston team in their own house
5. Harden and Parsons buckled
6. Blamming the refs again just in case once wasn't enough
7. Bad coaching to not game plan properly or adjust as the game went on
Hahaha, love that the Rockets lost and now no longer have homecourt. Hoping that the Blazers crush their fragile, breakable spirit in game 2. Rockets break, it's what they do.
sometimes it's good to watch the game objectively. i would throw out the home court in these kinda series. it's just game 1. this series screams game 7 thriller to me.
and refs do matter because usually they favor the home team. rockets shot zero FTs in the 1st half. and it's not even that they weren't aggressive. at the end of the day it evened out (blazers shot 39 FTs, rockets shot 40 but mostly because of hack a howard). i would've assumed rockets would dominate them in FTs.
bottom line they are very evenly matched middle of the pack in the west. i would be surprised if rockets don't bounce back. i honestly could careless who wins. i hate both organizations. lol

watch the game objectively for godsake. i don't really hate other organizations. i'm pretty much apathetic toward them. but i do enjoy good playoff games. and that was a very entertaining game last night. i could careless who wins. who gives a rat. and refs and home court adv are 2 very different thing.
for majority of the game rockets looked like a better team. on paper they are the better team. even before the game i said rockets in 7. but it seems like mcfail was doing corbin impression last night with bad subs and awful strategy down the stretch. i'll LMAO if he continues to put jones on aldridge. lol

Objectively basically equals your opinion in this thread. At the end of the day Rockets lost. That isn't on anyone but themselves.
yes, just my opinion. but series ain't over in game 1. all i want is exhausting and exciting 7 game series. maybe throw in a brawl or two. lol
I am down with that for any other series. I just want the Rockets to get manhandled. I want something like the Blazers in 4 or 5. Nothing would be more fitting than for the Rockets fans delusions of grandeur to come crashing down around them again. Their cries would be sweet, sweet music to my ears.
