What's new

Obama might be the best President in 100 years.

Insuring people with per-existing conditions, Cuba, Bin Laden, Stock Market, Iraq/Syria supporting roll saving countless US lives, Gay Rights, no major attacks on US soil (sans the lone wolf who you really cant stop).

I'd say the landmark Obama things were 1) Gay Rights 2) Iran Deal 3) Normalizing relations with Cuba. ACA was doomed from the start, but it was better than what it replaced. The first three are pretty bulletproof though.

Even though I think obamacare is a mess and needs to be replaced it did start us down a path we have needed to go down for a long time. I hope we can get some lawmakers that can actually build on it and maintain some momentum toward true universal health care.

should've voted Bernie

1. gay rights where done by supreme court. seperation of powers. if obama has something to do with that he should be tried for tampering
2. yeah same deal north korea got. iran deal is horrible
3. ask cubans who fled from cuba what they think

Iran Deal and Cuban agreements are good, you're just too stupid to understand why. I'm going back to ignoring all of your very ****ty takes.

For saying "yes" when a "no" would be political and public relations suicide? Sure give him credit for making the most obvious decision that ever faced a sitting president.

This was in no way an easy call. He could have easily said no. Number one we went into another country's soil without permission. He put our people at risk. There was some doubt he was there. It was a gutsy risky call that could have easily backfired (and almost did as our helicopter crashed).

In no way was this an easy oh he had to say yes action. They were ****ting bricks in that room during the operation.

Well Stoked we see things completely different on Obama's foreign policy. I didnt see one concrete realistic option in there. How about we go to Putin and offer him a deal? Just talk it out? Thats your solution? #1 how do you know we didnt or what was offered behind closed doors. #2 Putin has been threatening out NATO allies on the east. We drove our tanks through the EAST and got cheered, people lining the streets with American flags. Thats not a disaster. Thats standing with our allies, and on the eastern front we are stronger today than ever before. I work with these countries every day. My base is a NATO training area. The soldiers come on our post, and use our facitilies. We talk politics. I ask them how they like us, our president, our country. Standing up to Putin isnt a weakness, it shows strength my friend. He is being the bully for show, and we called his bluff. We arent starting the war. The war in the middle east hasnt been clear. You have every country in inolved. This easily could have broken out into world war. He played a more passive roll, let Iraq fight its own battles, and we saved US lives in the region.

Youve stated that we should have tried to talk Putin to stay out of Syria? Not going to happen. There were agreements made, and there were also close calls. Nothing more than posturing. Obama didnt flinch. Rock solid.

He made mistakes. Both those arent them.

A disaster is world war. 10s of thousands of american deaths. Trillions lost for invading the wrong country.
Obamas policy did not cause these conflicts.

Respectfully disagree with you my friend. You are one of the few conservative members with even temper who have my upmost respect.
I get that you see the world, and Obama a completely different. I see it another way. As always I do like to see what the opposing side has
to say even if it strongly disagree with it. Respect
.

I agree on the respect part. I like talking to those that I disagree with if they actually try and talk with me. Not that talk at me, make constant wild assumptions or play gotcha games. Something you have never done to me.

I don't even see Obama the way the right paints him. "Worst president ever" and crap like that. Please he did some good to great things. I just did not like his foreign policy. On that we absolutely disagree. But in all fairness I think all (if not all) presidents foreign policy has been a failure/disaster. At least the Presidents I can remember clearly.

naah, most dont speak about it, because of political correctness!

Yeah all those people showed up because of political correctness.

The polls, the video proof. Youve got nothing but conspiracy theories and hatred because you are flat out wrong, and in the minority.
Not even Trump could win the popular vote!
