One thing that I can see already is that the bench defense will be greatly improved. They also seem less reluctant to move Rudy away from the paint. The rotations are improved team wide.

I'm not sure Paschall is a good fit on this team, I can't wait until Gay is back.

As the 3rd string Power Forward, he seems pretty decent.
