When they aren't getting to the finals or close yes. Luka had tons of this last year when they missed the playoffs. SGA had tons of this before last season and also already got traded. Tatum hasn't but if they lost early this year he probably would. Brown who has out played Tatum this post season has had a ton of it.
I'm sure there has been at some point for all those players. It's whoever the media wants to focus in on at the time.

He's got another rumor. Not sure who this guy is. So big grain of salt. It would make sense that the Jazz would want to trade up and that Sheppard would be a prime target.
