Unless we are drafting Wiggins or Parker somehow, I would like to see:

Burke, Lavine, Neto
Burks, Hayward, Lavine
Hayward, A. Gordon, Marvin
Favors, Kanter, A. Gordon, J. Evans
Kanter, Gobert, Favors

That's 11 dudes in rotation. That's enough for me. That team doesn't make the playoffs next year, but it probably grabs 38 wins.

Lots of room to grow w/:

Hayward, Evans, and Favors in 5th yr.
Kanter and Burks in 4th yr.
Burke and Gobert in 2nd yr.
A. Gordon, Neto, and Lavine (make it happen Lindsey!) as rookies.

I still like this too. With the youth of all the top prospects, it's very likely that they aren't ready to contribute imediately. Give this team a new coach, good health and a bench and I think they'll be very improved even next year (probably two.)

Competition is a coaches' best friend. No matter who they draft, I hope they keep the Core5 + Gobert and add Neto. Those seven plus a couple of rookies should be fun and exciting to watch next year. Let the competition, work ethic, natural talent, basketball IQ and chemistry dictate minutes and lineups.

I still hope they try to make a big move in the draft, but I'm excited to see all five of these guys as the focal point for next year.
