What's new

**OFFICIAL** Game Thread: Nov 5 - Jazz @ Nuggets - 7 PM MST

I thought trey burke was fantastic other than the 3rd quarter.

Burks played well

Hayward found his shot

Booker played his best by far

Lyles made TWO baskets!

Gobert was pretty Damn good and if he makes a couple of easy ones and his more of his free throws then his game looks allot better.

Hood was ok.

Favors barely played and we still got a nice comfortable road win.

Ingles was pretty good

The jazz have plenty of talent and versatility

Good analysis.

Went and got my free chicken sandwich that miles plumlee earned for all jazz game attendees last night. They didn't even take my game ticket so I'm gonna go back tomorrow and get another one..... And try to keep my ticket and do it again the next day, and the next day, and the next day, until the 7 day usage period runs out.
Ya, I'm cheap

What a fantastic, gut-check win for the Jazz. Kudos to Trey Burke who gets the game ball in my opinion. He made several big time plays tonight. Burks and Booker also were very good and then the rest of the guys stepped up to help the avalanche continue in the fourth quarter. I love the make up of this team. It's going to take time. There are going to be clunkers like the Portland game, but the Jazz have something special brewing. They played/shot HORRENDOUSLY on offense early but the defense kept them in the game.

P.S. I love how game threads reach 40+ on losses, but are half that for wins. SMH

P.P.S. I cry a little each time I think about how much better we'd be with Dante.

Box score man here! Seems like a nice Jazz road win! Good shooting, nice assist to turnover ratio! But who is the Gobert guy....and why did he miss 6 out of 10 free throws?

The most important thing I take from this game is that you can tell how something clicked those last 8 minutes. They stayed in a road game for the most part and delivered a final killing blow.

I never judge a road win by anything other than the W. Not at this point in the team's lifecycle. Once you are a perennial 3 seed or better you can start worrying about style points.

When Gallo was off the floor we were running a Hood/Booker pick and roll over and over. We got great shots out of it. The few times we missed Booker got the offensive rebound.

That and we locked in defensively.

That Hood/Booker PNR is what EVERYONE has been calling for! Seriously, though, kudos to Quinn for pulling that out of his behind. . .
