Doc isn't married to the BOS organisation the same way Pop is. If Pop is done coaching, pretty sure he'll transitioned into an advising role for the Org. the way Sloan is for the Jazz at the moment. There's no way Peter Holt would let Pop walk straight into another Org's coaching job.
