Maybe he could replace Dan Roberts, but not coach.
Any news on how the workouts went?
I listened to Locke's podcast this morning. He said that he wasn't able to give specifics (i.e. players who did especially well or especially poorly), but that in general one could see why these players were not likely to be drafted.

He must have been talking about the weds workouts because a couple of players from the thurs workout are expected to go second round. Plus just heard from someone who was there that their were two players from today's workout that the jazz very very interested in. He wouldn't tell me who but seemed to hint towards my fav Huestis being one of them
Yes, it was about the Wed workouts (because he recorded the podcast early Thurs morning).
Interesting that both of them mentioned being prepared for trades. (I strongly suggest you listen to the entire Rigby interview).
Every team has a "token" 5th starter who is not a primary option on offense. And the Jazz have no SF's (if Hayward is indeed a SG). Marvin is a decent defender and can knock down the three. Unless the Jazz draft a stud SF, Williams would be a decent 20 min/per player. He starts and comes out early, then Hayward slides over to SF when Burks enters the game. Gordon/Alec get 35 mins each, Williams gets 20-25. Or have Marvin come off the bench if Hayward can be the starting SF. Just depends on who the Jazz draft or acquire in a trade. What I like about Marvin is he can also fill in at PF in case of injuries. For the right price, he'd be a good veteran to keep.Needs to let Marvin go, he's good enough but we have to rebuild and give the young guys/draft picks the minutes and go from there. Too many teams have one foot in tend one foot out by keeping/playing a older player who puts up numbers and sitting/barely playing the young kid with potential. That either keeps you in the late lotto or knocked out of the first round of the playoffs. Is is the perfect year to put both feet in because there is a good chance we get a potential star with our first draft pick.
Keep all the picks unless you can trade the last two picks plus Hayward for a young potential second fiddle star (won't be able to get a number 1 star)
