Clips probably wanted a pick and KOL were all kinds of pissed an jammed down the phone. We are going to hear things that make us furious, im telling you.

"We like our flexibility this summer"
"Mediocrity is ****ing awesome"
"I spent my childhood in a plastic bubble so I'm averse to taking risks"
"We want to keep favors' *** warm"
"We have a big ol' boner for washed-up vets"
"how would we play kanter less than 10 minutes per game?"
"Randy and Earl told me they wouldn't like me anymore if Bledsoe took their minutes"
"Maybe when Kanter turns 30 he'll have some of that rare 'veteran savvy'"
"at least we got rid of CJ miles"

Just once more to cover all the bases.
 
So it's over then? It's really over and I'm supposed to cheer for this **** sandwich the rest of the year?

A little piece of me died today when the Jazz FO decided to do jack **** to get this team out of the past.
 
So, let me get this straight. Rumors were that the Clippers and Jazz were waiting to do a trade until the deadline to see if anything better was offered...then no trade was done. That was much better.

I didn't even care if we brought back any value.

We just needed to clear the way for Favors and Kanter to play more.

This is absolutely insane.

I talked myself down 30 minutes ago. I like cable, but it looks like it's going.

Nobody trading any player of major stock at all. No one wanted to buy those types of players today. Look at the whole picture.

Yes. Al for nothing makes this team better. Al for anything makes this team MUCH better.

In the end, ALL the big names stayed put - except for the much earlier Gay deal.
I'm sure fans in Boston, LA (both teams), New York (both teams), etc. are all upset about their teams not making deals. I'm a little disappointd, but I know the Jazz have had a plan ever since deciding to break up Boozer/Memo/Deron/AK to get some financial flexibility. That all happens this summer.


And who knows if KOC laid the groundwork for a deal this off-season? We know that's what happened with Jefferson. Maybe when the Clips re-sign CP3, KOC already has the framework of a deal that will land us Bledsoe.
