I don't believe that to be the case. Whit is a good coach, and he'll win 8-9 games just about every year, but if you're Utah's administration, I think it's time to talk about the fact that Utah has probably reached its ceiling under Whit.
IDK what talent level Utah attracts compared to the top Pac-12 schools, but I'd assume it's less than, right?
Football is just so talent driven that it's hard to overcome when you get out-recruited every year by teams in your conference.
