How about this, you pay me $100 for every conference loss of Utah, and I pay you $100 for every BYU conference loss.
I will pay you $50 for every conference win of Utah, and you will pay me $50 for every conference win for BYU.

Sound fair... ok, deal.

*deal is retroactive as of the start of the season

You don't know that. You may have a strong assumption that Utah will not play in a bowl game, but it's still very much possible they do make it to one.

We do know for a fact that BYU won't win a conference game though.

To your point, I'd much rather try and fail than not try at all. Utah won't win the Rose Bowl this year, but at least they weren't mathematically eliminated before the season even began.

Not all sports, we're talking football here. Why would I pay you 10x as much for a WCC win, as you're paying me for a Pac 12 win? Join a real conference and then we can talk.

I hear BYU fans all the time talking about how great BYU's football schedule is, and how independence is so much better than the Pac 12.

When the BYU fan posted in this thread about Utah not having any conference wins, he was clearly talking about football.

Yes, I like to take stupid conversation to the next level. Of course I knew you weren't talking Gymnastics, but it was just as pointless.
Both teams suck this year, and so what if you are in a conference. I'm glad the Pac12 snobs didn't snub you because of religious ties.
I'm also glad you are conforming so quickly to their snobbish ways, a chameleon of sorts.

I find some humor in the fact that the Ute fans have always considered the BYU fans snobbish and act all "better than thou", and the first chance they get they are all over it.

Not being snobbish man. It was a BYU fan who starting running conference win smack. I just pointed out how BYU fans are in no position to start talking about difference wins.
