You missed it. Hack isn't arguing that. He is taking a shot at anyone that has protested a police shooting.

But that is stupid on his part. Some protests were completely justified and some trigger happy police officers should lose their jobs or even go to jail for abusing their position. This cop was protecting innocent students.
