Is posting a model in a game thread objectifying? Is commenting on their facial appearance objectifying?

Just kind of confused on what "objectifying" exactly is when it comes to this scenario. Are we suppose to include a model's life biography when we post pictures of them, filled with their hopes, dreams, and political thoughts?

Since it has nothing to do with the discussion, which is about our basketball team, it's not convincing to me that this is just about aesthetic beauty. I don't see lucky flowers or sunset photos in these threads.
